PRIVACY POLICY

1. District of Colombia will use its website and electronic mailbox to receive, process, and respond to information from and with potential customers.

2. District of Colombia will keep the information received private and request the corresponding authorization of the holder before public disclosure. 

3. Users who have kindly subscribed through District of Colombia's website can request the cancelation of their subscription anytime, and we will proceed accordingly.

4. District of Colombia will use the information received and processed according to the terms in this Privacy Policy.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. District of Colombia will always procure a responsible, efficient, and on-time delivery of its high-quality products.

2. District of Colombia will not be responsible for shipments that do not arrive at the desired delivery address if the one registered by the USER is incorrect, does not exist, or is not updated.

3. District of Colombia will:

-Dispatch the products of a purchase order to the user within 4 to 7 business days after completing the payment confirmation.

-Process all orders submitted on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. holiday on the next business day.

-Reserve the right to cancel or change the time/date of shipping depending on product availability or other reasonable circumstances. In this case, District of Colombia will promptly inform the customer.

4. Once a purchase order is confirmed, District of Colombia will not accept cancellations after one business day from the order confirmation date.
